Welcome to permitstamps.ca. Orders are fulfilled by Royal Rubber Stamp - an authorized seller of APEGA Permit to Practice Stamps.
Holiday Alert:
Our last day for processing orders will be December 15 at 3 pm. Orders placed before the cut off that have also had their responsible member email in the authorization will be sent out by December 19. We are closed from December 24, 2025 to January 2, 2026 and will reopen on Jan 5, 2026. Orders placed after the cut off will be processed when we return in January.
Order Process:
1. Select the product(s) you would like to order.
2. You will be asked to input the company name on the permit, permit number and responsible member who will email us authorization to make the stamp. This information will be cross referenced with the information on the APEGA public permit directory.
3. Secure credit card payments are procesed by Paypal. You do not need a Paypal account to pay for the order.
4. After you complete the online order, one of your responsible members must email permits@royalstamp.ca stating that they authorize the purchase of the order. In the email they should list the type and quantity of stamps they are authorizing. Your order will not go into production until we receive a separate email from a responsible member. Most orders will ship within 5 business days after we receive the email authorization.
