How long does it take before my order is shipped?
Most orders are shipped within 5 business days after we receive the authorization email from your responsible member. If your company does not show up on the APEGA public permit directory your order may be delayed as we need to confirm the information with APEGA directly.
My credit card payment did not go through. What do I do?
If you are using a corporate card it may be restricted from online purchases. Give us a call at 1.800.272.8859 and we can take the credit card number over the phone.
How long will the self inking stamp last?
You will usually get 1000 or more impressions before you need to re-ink.
Do you provide proofs for the stamps?
Due to security concerns we do not issue proofs for APEGA Permit stamps. If you receive a product that has incorrect information please call us at 1.800.272.8859 and we will send you a new stamp.
I’m not exactly sure what the correct company name and permit number is.
You can look up this information on the APEGA public permit directory at https://www.apega.ca/members/permit-holder-directory
This is the same tool we use to verify your information. If there is a discrepancy between the information you input vs what is on the public directory, APEGA has informed us to use the information on the APEGA public permit directory.
Can I order the individual member stamps from you?
The individual member stamps must be ordered through APEGA.
My stamp permit number is PXXXX. Why does the permit number on the stamp show up as PXXXXXX?
APEGA has informed us that on the permit stamps they want the permit number to be P + 6 digits. If your permit number has less than 6 digits we add zeros. For example, permit number P1234 will show up as P001234.
We have an existing account with Royal Rubber Stamp. Can you invoice me instead?
Yes, if you have an existing account we can invoice you. In order to do so you will need to create an online account first. After your account is created give us a call at 780.426.4676 and we will go into your online account and enable the option to pay via invoice.
Can you accommodate rush orders?
Yes we can accommodate most rush orders. Rush orders are shipped within 3 business days after we receive the authorization email from your responsible member and are shipped using a faster service level.
